Title:Baryogenesis via flavor oscillation and Neutrino Minimal Standard Model

Speaker:Dr. Hiroyuki Ishida , KEK, Japan.

Time: June 19, 2019 16:00

Venue:333 Lecture Hall, Physics Building

Abstract:

In this talk, I will introduce a most economical extended standard model, nuMSM, where three right-handed neutrinos are introduced. Since these introduced new particles are set to be below the electroweak scale, detectability at the terrestrial experiments is expected. Furthermore, the model can contain the dark matter candidate and explain observed tiny neutrino masses and the origin of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe simultaneously. I show the features of the model and discuss several difficulties.
