Abstract:

Entanglement is the key difference between a quantum and classical system. It is also closely related to the instrinsic structure of quantum field theory as well as the emergence of spacetime. In this talk I will briefly introduce my recent researches on some information-theoretical quantities in quantum field theory, including Entanglement Entropy, Holevo information and Entanglement of Purification. Firstly, I will give you the basic definitions and calculation methods of these quantities. Then I will show their applications to understand quantum field theory and gravity theory.
